Medical Gantry Optical Design The ASCII file displayed below represents an input file (FOR001.DAT) for the beam optics program TRANSPORT. It contains all fit sequences, which demonstrate the technique for achieving the desired optical behavior by reversing the proton beam line for the medical gantry and applying the necessary constraints. The isocentricity is checked with TRANSPORT's layout coordinate feature.
